FAIRPLAY PRIVACY POLICY

Fairplay ("Fairplay", "we", "us") is a mobile app for organizing group
activities with friends. This policy explains what information we collect, how
we use it, and the choices you have. By using Fairplay you agree to this policy.


INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- Account & sign-in. You sign in with Apple. Apple shares your name and a
  private relay or email identifier with us so we can create your account. We do
  not receive your Apple password.

- Profile. Your display name, an optional profile photo, and a phone number you
  provide during onboarding. The phone number is used only for friend matching
  (below) and is not verified by SMS.

- Contacts (optional). If you choose to find friends from your contacts, the app
  reads phone numbers from your device, converts them into one-way hashes on your
  device, and sends only those hashes to our server to look for people already on
  Fairplay. We do not upload, store, or share the names or numbers in your
  address book.

- Activity data. The activities, groups, friendships, and participation you
  create while using the app.

- Push notification token. If you allow notifications, we store a device push
  token so we can deliver activity and friend updates.


HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- To operate core features: friends, groups, activities, waitlists, and the feed.
- To match your hashed contacts against existing users so you can add friends.
- To send push notifications about activities, invites, and friend requests.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.


HOW INFORMATION IS STORED

Fairplay's data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL database and storage) on
infrastructure located in the United States. Access is protected by row-level
security so users can only see data they are permitted to see.


SHARING

Your display name, photo, and the activities you create or join are visible to
your friends and to members of groups you participate in, consistent with how the
app works. We share data with service providers that help us run the app (Apple
for sign-in and push delivery; Supabase for hosting). We do not share your data
with anyone else except where required by law.


YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

- Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from
  Profile > Delete Account. This removes your profile, your activities, your group
  memberships, and your participation records. Deletion is immediate and cannot be
  undone.

- Notifications. You can turn push notifications off at any time in iOS Settings;
  the app continues to work without them.

- Contacts. Contact matching is opt-in. You can decline, and you can revoke
  contacts access in iOS Settings at any time.


CHILDREN

Fairplay is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
information from them.


CHANGES

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last
updated" date above.
